I am a social scientist whose research and teaching interests center on political instability, conflict processes, international conflict, and research methodology. I currently serve as an Associate Professor in the Social Sciences Division at Campbellsville University and as a Research Fellow in the Patterson School of Diplomacy and International Commerce at the University of Kentucky. I previously worked at Nazarbayev University in Kazakhstan and in the School of Politics, Security, and International Affairs at the University of Central Florida.
